In web surfing, browsers store information like cookies, certificates, domain names in order to provide a better user experience. To avoid any kind of unauthorized access, google chrome have incognito mode that doesn't save data or cookies while surfing the web.
To use this, open Google Chrome. On the top right hand side of the window click on menu (3 vertical dots) and select “New incognito window” or press Ctr+Shift+N to open a new incognito window.

Note: to open directly incognito window, you can right click on the google chrome icon and select “new incognito window”.
