What is the difference between the Mifi Starter Plan and the other plans?
All service plans are unmetered. The only difference is the speed at which you're allowed to transfer data. Typically, higher speed plans have a more generous allowance.
How Many Users Can I connect at the same time?
The Wifi router we give you allows for up to 21 Wifi users concurrently. This is just a hardware limitation and is relative. Since the routers come with LAN port for wired extensions and you can also use WiFi extenders to expand your connection which we allow, it is essentially limitless. But of course as you connect more people, you'll likely experience reduced speeds depending on their number and online activity.
Which service plan would you recommend for me?
This depends largely on what you do online and how many devices you intend to connect at the same time. Here are some general download speed requirements based on everyday online activities: Check email and browse the web: 1-5 Mbps minimum Stream HD content: 5-25 Mbps minimum Stream 4K content and play competitive online games: 40-100 Mbps minimum Stream 4K content, play competitive online games, and download very large files: 200 Mbps minimum. In a nutshell, what you carry out online determines what service plan suits you.
I am new to this service , and unsure what plan will be suitable for me, can I start with one and change to another later?
Yes. You can switch plans anytime, provided the current plan is active. You'll be prompted to pay the prorated difference
Does it require electricity to run?
The Mifi and router devices do not require external power backup except during a charge. They have batteries inbuilt
